OMG! THE BEST BOOK I HAVE EVET READ

omg absolutely in love with this book! Absolutely! I need more more Chase!!! The way it was written, the way dialogue was made, just completely fulled me in the story, I felt like I was one of them. The end of the book is another story. I was crying, I swear I was crying of this sweet happy end! Thank you, thank you very much for this book! Highly recommended

This is one of the better romance novels I have read in a while. I couldn’t put it down. I thought the dialogue was fun and witty. I loved Reese’s playful and strong character. The conflict towards the end did lend itself to being a bit far fetched, but I still enjoyed the novelty of it. I’m going to miss Chase and Reese and am wishing I would have taken more time time read this one!

I decided to read this book on a whim right before I had to be to work for a 12hr shift, raining I would start it and read the rest after I got sleep. Once I started reading it Chase and Reese just captured me I couldn’t put this book down and I didn’t want to. This is my first Vi book but definitely one of my favorite I love that chase was finally able to open up to Reese about everything before it was too late.

4.5☆ I loved Bossman! It was super funny, cute, and sweet. I really enjoyed the storyline, while quite sad at times, it kept me sucked in from start to finish. At first I was confused about Chase's chapter's and why it was 7 years ago, but it makes sense after a while. I do wish we got a couple of present tense chapters from his perspective other than the end though. Chase is a wonderful character. He has a tragic past, but you wouldn't know that from how he acts around Reese. He's a huge flirt and it's hilarious. I love his relationship with Reese and how they complement one another. The epilogue is super cute and it made me love Chase even more, again I just wish we got a little bit more of it. Bossman is a wonderful book and I highly recommend it!

Oh this story, these two people, Chase and Reese. It is heartbreaking and heartwarming. Funny and sexy. Don't focus on the what ifs, focus on what is. My favorite quote ever. This love story is so rich and textured. Couldn't put it down from start to finish. Vi Keeland is one of the best writers out there.

Perfect balance of humor and romance

This book had the perfect balance of humor and romance. The chemistry between Chase and Reese had me hooked from the very beginning. I loved their playful banter and the flirty (and dirty) innuendo between them. It was a bit of a slow burn for them to take their relationship to the next level, but it was the perfect build-up for me and really helped develop the characters and get me invested in them. It also made the ending all the more enjoyable and sweet. Chase was a huge reason (if not the reason) for why I enjoyed this book so much. His dialogue was hilarious and sexy. His little "stories" had me giggling and smiling like a fool while reading this book. I was definitely rooting for him and Reese and I liked how his past was slowly revealed. *SPOILER* Sadly, Chase is also the reason why this isn't a 5 star read for me. In general, I'm not a fan of the dead ex storyline, and I felt that it was a little over the top in this book. The whole revelation about the origin of the murder weapon and then Chase's guarding/stalking of Reese's apartment was melodramatic. I understand there needed to be a deeply emotional/traumatic event in his past to explain his current situation, but it still felt like too much. Overall, this was a fantastically fun and sexy read that I could not put down. Having to look at the cover wasn't terrible either ;) It's the first book that I've read by Vi Keeland, but I'm sure it won't be my last.

Read this book! I was laughing out loud (yes loling). It was a good book and really funny. I loved the banter between the two characters. It was a complete story where there was a start and finish and I didn't feel like it was rushed. Of course I wanted more but that's because I fell for the characters! Trust me and read it!

After reading this book my best advise is to just pass on this one. It's very generic and actually very bland but I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because of the chance that the last book I read before this was sooooo good that maybe my hopes were too high. Try reading Step Brother Dearest by Penelope Ward. That was a great book!

What can I say other than I simply LOVED Chase and Reese. He might just be the man I compare all others too. I loved his sarcasm and sense of humor as well as Reese's humor giving it right back. They are two very well written and strong characters who are great alone but together they are amazing. I enjoyed this book so much that I'm going to go back and read all of the rest of her stories. What an amazing writer!

A Real Page-Turner!

I've read so many Rich guys with dark past falling for average girl with issues so many times and this one was no different. Although the plot seems typical and predictable, I have to admit I enjoyed so much! It's Funny, Witty, and increadibly sexy. I love that Chase a.k.a. The rich guy, is cocky but grounded unlike the billionaire guys I've read in the past. While Reese, a.k.a. the average girl was successful in every right and does not feel inferior to chase as she is her own successful self. I like stories with strong women characters, generally because I'm a Feminist, I like how vulnerable the characters can be but be very determined and passionate given a situation. I soooo Love it! I can't wait to read more, plus the covers of Vi's books are truly enticing!

My first Vi Keeland Book and not my last!

Bossman is the first standalone novel I have read by Vi Keeland and I loved it! I have read her collaborations with Penelope Ward and have also enjoyed those so am so glad that I was able to read this book. I truly loved how these two met with Chase Parker saving Reese Annesley from her date from hell by pretending to be a fake childhood friend. I even bought into his lies as they were so funny that I found myself smiling while reminiscing on these fictitious memories lol Time passes and Chase and Reese are put into each other’s paths again when Reese finds herself employed at the company that Chase owns. There are so many things I enjoy reading in books and the forbidden aspect of being attracted to your boss is one of them! That angsty feeling of knowing that it’s so wrong yet the attraction is so magnetic, coupled with the fact that Chase actually predicts that “they” will definitely happen even though Reese wants to fight their connection made this read a complete treat! I loved their bantering and their sexual tension – SO delicious! Reese will find that getting into a relationship with Chase is something that she wants with her whole heart. Sadly Chase’s past will throw some curveballs into their happily ever after and Reese will be the one who will have to fight to help Chase face his past and fears for a possible future together. While I completely loved the moments that made me smile, I loved the emotional moments that spoke to my heart even more and watching this couple’s journey was so enjoyable to be a part of. OMG the epilogue….it was to die for and I closed my kindle with happiness and a huge smile on my face. Readers who love witty dialogue, angst and pure romance should look no further than Bossman! I loved this story and look forward to reading more of Ms. Keeland’s books!

Holy cow!! Loved this book. I could not put it down. Chase and Reese's relationship is sexy, sweet and addicting. Their personal tragedies have affected each of them to be tentative and shy about committed relationships. In the beginning, Chase starts out expressing his blatant sexual desires for Reese and Reese declares she needs to keep a professional distance from her boss. As they spend time together in and out of the office, they can't seem to keep their hearts from getting involved. There are some rules, funny interactions, sexy times and some bumps on their journey. Definitely worth the ride. Don't miss this one! It will be going on my read again and again list.

What single girl wouldn't want a boss man like Chase Parker? Successful, gorgeous, intelligent, and devoted; doing everything to make sure his "favorite employee" is happy. Great story, with a charm and wit, and a slow and steady buildup that truly broke my heart. Both Chase and Reese have endured a painful and devastating event that has left them broken and a little lost. The way they met, the fun banter, and ease and steam of their relationship, made this a fun and flirty read, until it became more serious and emotional. This author is brilliant at bringing both, making me laugh and smile in one chapter, and ugly cry in the next. I would have loved more in the end, only because this couple endeared themselves to me, and I wasn't ready to let them go.

Sadly Chase’s past will throw some curveballs into their happily ever after and Reese will be the one who will have to fight to help Chase face his past and fears for a possible future together. While I completely loved the moments that made me smile, I loved the emotional moments that spoke to my heart even more and watching this couple’s journey was so enjoyable to be a part of. OMG the epilogue….it was to die for and I closed my kindle with happiness and a huge smile on my face. Readers who love witty dialogue, angst and pure romance should look no further than Bossman! Holy cow!! Loved this book. I could not put it down. Chase and Reese's relationship is sexy, sweet and addicting. Their personal tragedies have affected each of them to be tentative and shy about committed relationships. In the beginning, Chase starts out expressing his blatant sexual desires for Reese and Reese declares she needs to keep a professional distance from her boss. As they spend time together in and out of the office, they can't seem to keep their hearts from getting involved. There are some rules, funny interactions, sexy times and some bumps on their journey. Definitely worth the ride. Don't miss this one! It will be going on my read again and again list.

Great story, with a charm and wit, and a slow and steady buildup that truly broke my heart. Both Chase and Reese have endured a painful and devastating event that has left them broken and a little lost. The way they met, the fun banter, and ease and steam of their relationship, made this a fun and flirty read, until it became more serious and emotional. This author is brilliant at bringing both, making me laugh and smile in one chapter, and ugly cry in the next. I would have loved more in the end, only because this couple endeared themselves to me, and I wasn't ready to let them go.

This is one of the better romance novels I have read in a while. I couldn’t put it down. I thought the dialogue was fun and witty. I loved Reese’s playful and strong character. The conflict towards the end did lend itself to being a bit far fetched, but I still enjoyed the novelty of it. I’m going to miss Chase and Reese and am wishing I would have taken more time time read this one!

I decided to read this book on a whim right before I had to be to work for a 12hr shift, raining I would start it and read the rest after I got sleep. Once I started reading it Chase and Reese just captured me I couldn’t put this book down and I didn’t want to. This is my first Vi book but definitely one of my favorite I love that chase was finally able to open up to Reese about everything before it was too late.

4.5☆ I loved Bossman! It was super funny, cute, and sweet. I really enjoyed the storyline, while quite sad at times, it kept me sucked in from start to finish. At first I was confused about Chase's chapter's and why it was 7 years ago, but it makes sense after a while. I do wish we got a couple of present tense chapters from his perspective other than the end though. Chase is a wonderful character. He has a tragic past, but you wouldn't know that from how he acts around Reese. He's a huge flirt and it's hilarious. I love his relationship with Reese and how they complement one another. The epilogue is super cute and it made me love Chase even more, again I just wish we got a little bit more of it. Bossman is a wonderful book and I highly recommend it!

Perfect balance of humor and romance

This book had the perfect balance of humor and romance. The chemistry between Chase and Reese had me hooked from the very beginning. I loved their playful banter and the flirty (and dirty) innuendo between them. It was a bit of a slow burn for them to take their relationship to the next level, but it was the perfect build-up for me and really helped develop the characters and get me invested in them. It also made the ending all the more enjoyable and sweet. Chase was a huge reason (if not the reason) for why I enjoyed this book so much. His dialogue was hilarious and sexy. His little "stories" had me giggling and smiling like a fool while reading this book. I was definitely rooting for him and Reese and I liked how his past was slowly revealed. *SPOILER* Sadly, Chase is also the reason why this isn't a 5 star read for me. In general, I'm not a fan of the dead ex storyline, and I felt that it was a little over the top in this book. The whole revelation about the origin of the murder weapon and then Chase's guarding/stalking of Reese's apartment was melodramatic. I understand there needed to be a deeply emotional/traumatic event in his past to explain his current situation, but it still felt like too much. Overall, this was a fantastically fun and sexy read that I could not put down. Having to look at the cover wasn't terrible either ;) It's the first book that I've read by Vi Keeland, but I'm sure it won't be my last.

After reading this book my best advise is to just pass on this one. It's very generic and actually very bland but I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because of the chance that the last book I read before this was sooooo good that maybe my hopes were too high. Try reading Step Brother Dearest by Penelope Ward. That was a great book!

What can I say other than I simply LOVED Chase and Reese. He might just be the man I compare all others too. I loved his sarcasm and sense of humor as well as Reese's humor giving it right back. They are two very well written and strong characters who are great alone but together they are amazing. I enjoyed this book so much that I'm going to go back and read all of the rest of her stories. What an amazing writer!

A Real Page-Turner!

I've read so many Rich guys with dark past falling for average girl with issues so many times and this one was no different. Although the plot seems typical and predictable, I have to admit I enjoyed so much! It's Funny, Witty, and increadibly sexy. I love that Chase a.k.a. The rich guy, is cocky but grounded unlike the billionaire guys I've read in the past. While Reese, a.k.a. the average girl was successful in every right and does not feel inferior to chase as she is her own successful self. I like stories with strong women characters, generally because I'm a Feminist, I like how vulnerable the characters can be but be very determined and passionate given a situation. I soooo Love it! I can't wait to read more, plus the covers of Vi's books are truly enticing!

Bossman is the first standalone novel I have read by Vi Keeland and I loved it! I have read her collaborations with Penelope Ward and have also enjoyed those so am so glad that I was able to read this book. I truly loved how these two met with Chase Parker saving Reese Annesley from her date from hell by pretending to be a fake childhood friend. I even bought into his lies as they were so funny that I found myself smiling while reminiscing on these fictitious memories lol Time passes and Chase and Reese are put into each other’s paths again when Reese finds herself employed at the company that Chase owns. There are so many things I enjoy reading in books and the forbidden aspect of being attracted to your boss is one of them! What can I say other than I simply LOVED Chase and Reese. He might just be the man I compare all others too. I loved his sarcasm and sense of humor as well as Reese's humor giving it right back. They are two very well written and strong characters who are great alone but together they are amazing. I enjoyed this book so much that I'm going to go back and read all of the rest of her stories. What an amazing writer!

A Real Page-Turner!

I've read so many Rich guys with dark past falling for average girl with issues so many times and this one was no different. Although the plot seems typical and predictable, I have to admit I enjoyed so much! It's Funny, Witty, and increadibly sexy. I love that Chase a.k.a. The rich guy, is cocky but grounded unlike the billionaire guys I've read in the past. While Reese, a.k.a. the average girl was successful in every right and does not feel inferior to chase as she is her own successful self. I like stories with strong women characters, generally because I'm a Feminist, I like how vulnerable the characters can be but be very determined and passionate given a situation. I soooo Love it! I can't wait to read more, plus the covers of Vi's books are truly enticing!

My first Vi Keeland Book and not my last!

Bossman is the first standalone novel I have read by Vi Keeland and I loved it! I have read her collaborations with Penelope Ward and have also enjoyed those so am so glad that I was able to read this book. I truly loved how these two met with Chase Parker saving Reese Annesley from her date from hell by pretending to be a fake childhood friend. I even bought into his lies as they were so funny that I found myself smiling while reminiscing on these fictitious memories lol Time passes and Chase and Reese are put into each other’s paths again when Reese finds herself employed at the company that Chase owns. There are so many things I enjoy reading in books and the forbidden aspect of being attracted to your boss is one of them! That angsty feeling of knowing that it’s so wrong yet the attraction is so magnetic, coupled with the fact that Chase actually predicts that “they” will definitely happen even though Reese wants to fight their connection made this read a complete treat! I loved their bantering and their sexual tension – SO delicious! Reese will find that getting into a relationship with Chase is something that she wants with her whole heart. Sadly Chase’s past will throw some curveballs into their happily ever after and Reese will be the one who will have to fight to help Chase face his past and fears for a possible future together. While I completely loved the moments that made me smile, I loved the emotional moments that spoke to my heart even more and watching this couple’s journey was so enjoyable to be a part of. OMG the epilogue….it was to die for and I closed my kindle with happiness and a huge smile on my face. Readers who love witty dialogue, angst and pure romance should look no further than Bossman! I loved this story and look forward to reading more of Ms. Keeland’s books!

Holy cow!! Loved this book. I could not put it down. Chase and Reese's relationship is sexy, sweet and addicting. Their personal tragedies have affected each of them to be tentative and shy about committed relationships. In the beginning, Chase starts out expressing his blatant sexual desires for Reese and Reese declares she needs to keep a professional distance from her boss. As they spend time together in and out of the office, they can't seem to keep their hearts from getting involved. There are some rules, funny interactions, sexy times and some bumps on their journey. Definitely worth the ride. Don't miss this one! It will be going on my read again and again list.

What single girl wouldn't want a boss man like Chase Parker? Successful, gorgeous, intelligent, and devoted; doing everything to make sure his "favorite employee" is happy. Great story, with a charm and wit, and a slow and steady buildup that truly broke my heart. Both Chase and Reese have endured a painful and devastating event that has left them broken and a little lost. The way they met, the fun banter, and ease and steam of their relationship, made this a fun and flirty read, until it became more serious and emotional. This author is brilliant at bringing both, making me laugh and smile in one chapter, and ugly cry in the next. I would have loved more in the end, only because this couple endeared themselves to me, and I wasn't ready to let them go.

This is one of the better romance novels I have read in a while. I couldn’t put it down. I thought the dialogue was fun and witty. I loved Reese’s playful and strong character. The conflict towards the end did lend itself to being a bit far fetched, but I still enjoyed the novelty of it. I’m going to miss Chase and Reese and am wishing I would have taken more time time read this one!

I decided to read this book on a whim right before I had to be to work for a 12hr shift, raining I would start it and read the rest after I got sleep. Once I started reading it Chase and Reese just captured me I couldn’t put this book down and I didn’t want to. This is my first Vi book but definitely one of my favorite I love that chase was finally able to open up to Reese about everything before it was too late.

4.5☆ I loved Bossman! It was super funny, cute, and sweet. I really enjoyed the storyline, while quite sad at times, it kept me sucked in from start to finish. At first I was confused about Chase's chapter's and why it was 7 years ago, but it makes sense after a while. I do wish we got a couple of present tense chapters from his perspective other than the end though. Chase is a wonderful character. He has a tragic past, but you wouldn't know that from how he acts around Reese. He's a huge flirt and it's hilarious. I love his relationship with Reese and how they complement one another. The epilogue is super cute and it made me love Chase even more, again I just wish we got a little bit more of it. Bossman is a wonderful book and I highly recommend it!

Perfect balance of humor and romance

This book had the perfect balance of humor and romance. The chemistry between Chase and Reese had me hooked from the very beginning. I loved their playful banter and the flirty (and dirty) innuendo between them. It was a bit of a slow burn for them to take their relationship to the next level, but it was the perfect build-up for me and really helped develop the characters and get me invested in them. It also made the ending all the more enjoyable and sweet. Chase was a huge reason (if not the reason) for why I enjoyed this book so much. His dialogue was hilarious and sexy. His little "stories" had me giggling and smiling like a fool while reading this book. I was definitely rooting for him and Reese and I liked how his past was slowly revealed. *SPOILER* Sadly, Chase is also the reason why this isn't a 5 star read for me. In general, I'm not a fan of the dead ex storyline, and I felt that it was a little over the top in this book. The whole revelation about the origin of the murder weapon and then Chase's guarding/stalking of Reese's apartment was melodramatic. I understand there needed to be a deeply emotional/traumatic event in his past to explain his current situation, but it still felt like too much. Overall, this was a fantastically fun and sexy read that I could not put down. Having to look at the cover wasn't terrible either ;) It's the first book that I've read by Vi Keeland, but I'm sure it won't be my last.

Read this book! I was laughing out loud (yes loling). It was a good book and really funny. I loved the banter between the two characters. It was a complete story where there was a start and finish and I didn't feel like it was rushed. Of course I wanted more but that's because I fell for the characters! Trust me and read it!

After reading this book my best advise is to just pass on this one. It's very generic and actually very bland but I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because of the chance that the last book I read before this was sooooo good that maybe my hopes were too high. Try reading Step Brother Dearest by Penelope Ward. That was a great book!

Perfect balance of humor and romance

This book had the perfect balance of humor and romance. The chemistry between Chase and Reese had me hooked from the very beginning. I loved their playful banter and the flirty (and dirty) innuendo between them. It was a bit of a slow burn for them to take their relationship to the next level, but it was the perfect build-up for me and really helped develop the characters and get me invested in them. It also made the ending all the more enjoyable and sweet. Chase was a huge reason (if not the reason) for why I enjoyed this book so much. His dialogue was hilarious and sexy. His little "stories" had me giggling and smiling like a fool while reading this book. I was definitely rooting for him and Reese and I liked how his past was slowly revealed. *SPOILER* Sadly, Chase is also the reason why this isn't a 5 star read for me. In general, I'm not a fan of the dead ex storyline, and I felt that it was a little over the top in this book. The whole revelation about the origin of the murder weapon and then Chase's guarding/stalking of Reese's apartment was melodramatic. I understand there needed to be a deeply emotional/traumatic event in his past to explain his current situation, but it still felt like too much. Overall, this was a fantastically fun and sexy read that I could not put down. Having to look at the cover wasn't terrible either ;) It's the first book that I've read by Vi Keeland, but I'm sure it won't be my last.

After reading this book my best advise is to just pass on this one. It's very generic and actually very bland but I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because of the chance that the last book I read before this was sooooo good that maybe my hopes were too high. Try reading Step Brother Dearest by Penelope Ward. That was a great book!

What can I say other than I simply LOVED Chase and Reese. He might just be the man I compare all others too. I loved his sarcasm and sense of humor as well as Reese's humor giving it right back. They are two very well written and strong characters who are great alone but together they are amazing. I enjoyed this book so much that I'm going to go back and read all of the rest of her stories. What an amazing writer!

A Real Page-Turner!

I've read so many Rich guys with dark past falling for average girl with issues so many times and this one was no different. Although the plot seems typical and predictable, I have to admit I enjoyed so much! It's Funny, Witty, and increadibly sexy. I love that Chase a.k.a. The rich guy, is cocky but grounded unlike the billionaire guys I've read in the past. While Reese, a.k.a. the average girl was successful in every right and does not feel inferior to chase as she is her own successful self. I like stories with strong women characters, generally because I'm a Feminist, I like how vulnerable the characters can be but be very determined and passionate given a situation. I soooo Love it! I can't wait to read more, plus the covers of Vi's books are truly enticing!

My first Vi Keeland Book and not my last!

Bossman is the first standalone novel I have read by Vi Keeland and I loved it! I have read her collaborations with Penelope Ward and have also enjoyed those so am so glad that I was able to read this book. I truly loved how these two met with Chase Parker saving Reese Annesley from her date from hell by pretending to be a fake childhood friend. I even bought into his lies as they were so funny that I found myself smiling while reminiscing on these fictitious memories lol Time passes and Chase and Reese are put into each other’s paths again when Reese finds herself employed at the company that Chase owns. There are so many things I enjoy reading in books and the forbidden aspect of being attracted to your boss is one of them! That angsty feeling of knowing that it’s so wrong yet the attraction is so magnetic, coupled with the fact that Chase actually predicts that “they” will definitely happen even though Reese wants to fight their connection made this read a complete treat! I loved their bantering and their sexual tension – SO delicious! Reese will find that getting into a relationship with Chase is something that she wants with her whole heart. Sadly Chase’s past will throw some curveballs into their happily ever after and Reese will be the one who will have to fight to help Chase face his past and fears for a possible future together. While I completely loved the moments that made me smile, I loved the emotional moments that spoke to my heart even more and watching this couple’s journey was so enjoyable to be a part of. OMG the epilogue….it was to die for and I closed my kindle with happiness and a huge smile on my face. Readers who love witty dialogue, angst and pure romance should look no further than Bossman! I loved this story and look forward to reading more of Ms. Keeland’s books!

Holy cow!! Loved this book. I could not put it down. Chase and Reese's relationship is sexy, sweet and addicting. Their personal tragedies have affected each of them to be tentative and shy about committed relationships. In the beginning, Chase starts out expressing his blatant sexual desires for Reese and Reese declares she needs to keep a professional distance from her boss. As they spend time together in and out of the office, they can't seem to keep their hearts from getting involved. There are some rules, funny interactions, sexy times and some bumps on their journey. Definitely worth the ride. Don't miss this one! It will be going on my read again and again list.

Great story, with a charm and wit, and a slow and steady buildup that truly broke my heart. Both Chase and Reese have endured a painful and devastating event that has left them broken and a little lost. The way they met, the fun banter, and ease and steam of their relationship, made this a fun and flirty read, until it became more serious and emotional. This author is brilliant at bringing both, making me laugh and smile in one chapter, and ugly cry in the next. I would have loved more in the end, only because this couple endeared themselves to me, and I wasn't ready to let them go.

This is one of the better romance novels I have read in a while. I couldn’t put it down. I thought the dialogue was fun and witty. I loved Reese’s playful and strong character. The conflict towards the end did lend itself to being a bit far fetched, but I still enjoyed the novelty of it. I’m going to miss Chase and Reese and am wishing I would have taken more time time read this one!

I decided to read this book on a whim right before I had to be to work for a 12hr shift, raining I would start it and read the rest after I got sleep. Once I started reading it Chase and Reese just captured me I couldn’t put this book down and I didn’t want to. This is my first Vi book but definitely one of my favorite I love that chase was finally able to open up to Reese about everything before it was too late.

4.5☆ I loved Bossman! It was super funny, cute, and sweet. I really enjoyed the storyline, while quite sad at times, it kept me sucked in from start to finish. At first I was confused about Chase's chapter's and why it was 7 years ago, but it makes sense after a while. I do wish we got a couple of present tense chapters from his perspective other than the end though. Chase is a wonderful character. He has a tragic past, but you wouldn't know that from how he acts around Reese. He's a huge flirt and it's hilarious. I love his relationship with Reese and how they complement one another. The epilogue is super cute and it made me love Chase even more, again I just wish we got a little bit more of it. Bossman is a wonderful book and I highly recommend it!

OMG! THE BEST BOOK I HAVE EVET READ

omg absolutely in love with this book! Absolutely! I need more more Chase!!! The way it was written, the way dialogue was made, just completely fulled me in the story, I felt like I was one of them. The end of the book is another story. I was crying, I swear I was crying of this sweet happy end! Thank you, thank you very much for this book! Highly recommended

This is one of the better romance novels I have read in a while. I couldn’t put it down. I thought the dialogue was fun and witty. I loved Reese’s playful and strong character. The conflict towards the end did lend itself to being a bit far fetched, but I still enjoyed the novelty of it. I’m going to miss Chase and Reese and am wishing I would have taken more time time read this one!

I decided to read this book on a whim right before I had to be to work for a 12hr shift, raining I would start it and read the rest after I got sleep. Once I started reading it Chase and Reese just captured me I couldn’t put this book down and I didn’t want to. This is my first Vi book but definitely one of my favorite I love that chase was finally able to open up to Reese about everything before it was too late.

4.5☆ I loved Bossman! It was super funny, cute, and sweet. I really enjoyed the storyline, while quite sad at times, it kept me sucked in from start to finish. At first I was confused about Chase's chapter's and why it was 7 years ago, but it makes sense after a while. I do wish we got a couple of present tense chapters from his perspective other than the end though. Chase is a wonderful character. He has a tragic past, but you wouldn't know that from how he acts around Reese. He's a huge flirt and it's hilarious. I love his relationship with Reese and how they complement one another. The epilogue is super cute and it made me love Chase even more, again I just wish we got a little bit more of it. Bossman is a wonderful book and I highly recommend it!

Oh this story, these two people, Chase and Reese. It is heartbreaking and heartwarming. Funny and sexy. Don't focus on the what ifs, focus on what is. My favorite quote ever. This love story is so rich and textured. Couldn't put it down from start to finish. Vi Keeland is one of the best writers out there.

Perfect balance of humor and romance

This book had the perfect balance of humor and romance. The chemistry between Chase and Reese had me hooked from the very beginning. I loved their playful banter and the flirty (and dirty) innuendo between them. It was a bit of a slow burn for them to take their relationship to the next level, but it was the perfect build-up for me and really helped develop the characters and get me invested in them. It also made the ending all the more enjoyable and sweet. Chase was a huge reason (if not the reason) for why I enjoyed this book so much. His dialogue was hilarious and sexy. His little "stories" had me giggling and smiling like a fool while reading this book. I was definitely rooting for him and Reese and I liked how his past was slowly revealed. *SPOILER* Sadly, Chase is also the reason why this isn't a 5 star read for me. In general, I'm not a fan of the dead ex storyline, and I felt that it was a little over the top in this book. The whole revelation about the origin of the murder weapon and then Chase's guarding/stalking of Reese's apartment was melodramatic. I understand there needed to be a deeply emotional/traumatic event in his past to explain his current situation, but it still felt like too much. Overall, this was a fantastically fun and sexy read that I could not put down. Having to look at the cover wasn't terrible either ;) It's the first book that I've read by Vi Keeland, but I'm sure it won't be my last.

It was a complete story where there was a start and finish and I didn't feel like it was rushed. Of course I wanted more but that's because I fell for the characters! Trust me and read it!

After reading this book my best advise is to just pass on this one. It's very generic and actually very bland but I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because of the chance that the last book I read before this was sooooo good that maybe my hopes were too high. Try reading Step Brother Dearest by Penelope Ward. That was a great book!

What can I say other than I simply LOVED Chase and Reese. He might just be the man I compare all others too. I loved his sarcasm and sense of humor as well as Reese's humor giving it right back. They are two very well written and strong characters who are great alone but together they are amazing. I enjoyed this book so much that I'm going to go back and read all of the rest of her stories. What an amazing writer!

A Real Page-Turner!

I've read so many Rich guys with dark past falling for average girl with issues so many times and this one was no different. Although the plot seems typical and predictable, I have to admit I enjoyed so much! It's Funny, Witty, and increadibly sexy. I love that Chase a.k.a. The rich guy, is cocky but grounded unlike the billionaire guys I've read in the past. While Reese, a.k.a. the average girl was successful in every right and does not feel inferior to chase as she is her own successful self. I like stories with strong women characters, generally because I'm a Feminist, I like how vulnerable the characters can be but be very determined and passionate given a situation. I soooo Love it! I can't wait to read more, plus the covers of Vi's books are truly enticing!

My first Vi Keeland Book and not my last!

Bossman is the first standalone novel I have read by Vi Keeland and I loved it! I have read her collaborations with Penelope Ward and have also enjoyed those so am so glad that I was able to read this book. I truly loved how these two met with Chase Parker saving Reese Annesley from her date from hell by pretending to be a fake childhood friend. I even bought into his lies as they were so funny that I found myself smiling while reminiscing on these fictitious memories lol Time passes and Chase and Reese are put into each other’s paths again when Reese finds herself employed at the company that Chase owns. There are so many things I enjoy reading in books and the forbidden aspect of being attracted to your boss is one of them! That angsty feeling of knowing that it’s so wrong yet the attraction is so magnetic, coupled with the fact that Chase actually predicts that “they” will definitely happen even though Reese wants to fight their connection made this read a complete treat! I loved their bantering and their sexual tension – SO delicious! Reese will find that getting into a relationship with Chase is something that she wants with her whole heart. Sadly Chase’s past will throw some curveballs into their happily ever after and Reese will be the one who will have to fight to help Chase face his past and fears for a possible future together. While I completely loved the moments that made me smile, I loved the emotional moments that spoke to my heart even more and watching this couple’s journey was so enjoyable to be a part of. OMG the epilogue….it was to die for and I closed my kindle with happiness and a huge smile on my face. Readers who love witty dialogue, angst and pure romance should look no further than Bossman! I loved this story and look forward to reading more of Ms. Keeland’s books!

Holy cow!! Loved this book. I could not put it down. Chase and Reese's relationship is sexy, sweet and addicting. Their personal tragedies have affected each of them to be tentative and shy about committed relationships. In the beginning, Chase starts out expressing his blatant sexual desires for Reese and Reese declares she needs to keep a professional distance from her boss. As they spend time together in and out of the office, they can't seem to keep their hearts from getting involved. There are some rules, funny interactions, sexy times and some bumps on their journey. Definitely worth the ride. Don't miss this one! It will be going on my read again and again list.

What single girl wouldn't want a boss man like Chase Parker? Successful, gorgeous, intelligent, and devoted; doing everything to make sure his "favorite employee" is happy. Great story, with a charm and wit, and a slow and steady buildup that truly broke my heart. Both Chase and Reese have endured a painful and devastating event that has left them broken and a little lost. The way they met, the fun banter, and ease and steam of their relationship, made this a fun and flirty read, until it became more serious and emotional. This author is brilliant at bringing both, making me laugh and smile in one chapter, and ugly cry in the next. I would have loved more in the end, only because this couple endeared themselves to me, and I wasn't ready to let them go.

This is one of the better romance novels I have read in a while. I couldn’t put it down. I thought the dialogue was fun and witty. I loved Reese’s playful and strong character. The conflict towards the end did lend itself to being a bit far fetched, but I still enjoyed the novelty of it. I’m going to miss Chase and Reese and am wishing I would have taken more time time read this one!

I decided to read this book on a whim right before I had to be to work for a 12hr shift, raining I would start it and read the rest after I got sleep. Once I started reading it Chase and Reese just captured me I couldn’t put this book down and I didn’t want to. This is my first Vi book but definitely one of my favorite I love that chase was finally able to open up to Reese about everything before it was too late.

4.5☆ I loved Bossman! It was super funny, cute, and sweet. I really enjoyed the storyline, while quite sad at times, it kept me sucked in from start to finish. At first I was confused about Chase's chapter's and why it was 7 years ago, but it makes sense after a while. I do wish we got a couple of present tense chapters from his perspective other than the end though. Chase is a wonderful character. He has a tragic past, but you wouldn't know that from how he acts around Reese. He's a huge flirt and it's hilarious. I love his relationship with Reese and how they complement one another. The epilogue is super cute and it made me love Chase even more, again I just wish we got a little bit more of it. Bossman is a wonderful book and I highly recommend it!

Perfect balance of humor and romance

This book had the perfect balance of humor and romance. The chemistry between Chase and Reese had me hooked from the very beginning. I loved their playful banter and the flirty (and dirty) innuendo between them. It was a bit of a slow burn for them to take their relationship to the next level, but it was the perfect build-up for me and really helped develop the characters and get me invested in them. It also made the ending all the more enjoyable and sweet. Chase was a huge reason (if not the reason) for why I enjoyed this book so much. His dialogue was hilarious and sexy. His little "stories" had me giggling and smiling like a fool while reading this book. I was definitely rooting for him and Reese and I liked how his past was slowly revealed. *SPOILER* Sadly, Chase is also the reason why this isn't a 5 star read for me. In general, I'm not a fan of the dead ex storyline, and I felt that it was a little over the top in this book. The whole revelation about the origin of the murder weapon and then Chase's guarding/stalking of Reese's apartment was melodramatic. I understand there needed to be a deeply emotional/traumatic event in his past to explain his current situation, but it still felt like too much. Overall, this was a fantastically fun and sexy read that I could not put down. Having to look at the cover wasn't terrible either ;) It's the first book that I've read by Vi Keeland, but I'm sure it won't be my last.

After reading this book my best advise is to just pass on this one. It's very generic and actually very bland but I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because of the chance that the last book I read before this was sooooo good that maybe my hopes were too high. Try reading Step Brother Dearest by Penelope Ward. That was a great book!

They are two very well written and strong characters who are great alone but together they are amazing. I enjoyed this book so much that I'm going to go back and read all of the rest of her stories. I've read so many Rich guys with dark past falling for average girl with issues so many times and this one was no different. Although the plot seems typical and predictable, I have to admit I enjoyed so much! It's Funny, Witty, and increadibly sexy. I love that Chase a.k.a. The rich guy, is cocky but grounded unlike the billionaire guys I've read in the past. While Reese, a.k.a. the average girl was successful in every right and does not feel inferior to chase as she is her own successful self. I like stories with strong women characters, generally because I'm a Feminist, I like how vulnerable the characters can be but be very determined and passionate given a situation. I soooo Love it! I can't wait to read more, plus the covers of Vi's books are truly enticing!

My first Vi Keeland Book and not my last!

Bossman is the first standalone novel I have read by Vi Keeland and I loved it! I have read her collaborations with Penelope Ward and have also enjoyed those so am so glad that I was able to read this book. I truly loved how these two met with Chase Parker saving Reese Annesley from her date from hell by pretending to be a fake childhood friend. I even bought into his lies as they were so funny that I found myself smiling while reminiscing on these fictitious memories lol Time passes and Chase and Reese are put into each other’s paths again when Reese finds herself employed at the company that Chase owns. There are so many things I enjoy reading in books and the forbidden aspect of being attracted to your boss is one of them! That angsty feeling of knowing that it’s so wrong yet the attraction is so magnetic, coupled with the fact that Chase actually predicts that “they” will definitely happen even though Reese wants to fight their connection made this read a complete treat! I loved their bantering and their sexual tension – SO delicious! Reese will find that getting into a relationship with Chase is something that she wants with her whole heart. Sadly Chase’s past will throw some curveballs into their happily ever after and Reese will be the one who will have to fight to help Chase face his past and fears for a possible future together. While I completely loved the moments that made me smile, I loved the emotional moments that spoke to my heart even more and watching this couple’s journey was so enjoyable to be a part of. OMG the epilogue….it was to die for and I closed my kindle with happiness and a huge smile on my face. Readers who love witty dialogue, angst and pure romance should look no further than Bossman! I loved this story and look forward to reading more of Ms. Keeland’s books!

Holy cow!! Loved this book. I could not put it down. Chase and Reese's relationship is sexy, sweet and addicting. Their personal tragedies have affected each of them to be tentative and shy about committed relationships. In the beginning, Chase starts out expressing his blatant sexual desires for Reese and Reese declares she needs to keep a professional distance from her boss. As they spend time together in and out of the office, they can't seem to keep their hearts from getting involved. There are some rules, funny interactions, sexy times and some bumps on their journey. Definitely worth the ride. Don't miss this one! It will be going on my read again and again list.

Great story, with a charm and wit, and a slow and steady buildup that truly broke my heart. Both Chase and Reese have endured a painful and devastating event that has left them broken and a little lost. The way they met, the fun banter, and ease and steam of their relationship, made this a fun and flirty read, until it became more serious and emotional. This author is brilliant at bringing both, making me laugh and smile in one chapter, and ugly cry in the next. I would have loved more in the end, only because this couple endeared themselves to me, and I wasn't ready to let them go.

I even bought into his lies as they were so funny that I found myself smiling while reminiscing on these fictitious memories lol Time passes and Chase and Reese are put into each other’s paths again when Reese finds herself employed at the company that Chase owns. There are so many things I enjoy reading in books and the forbidden aspect of being attracted to your boss is one of them! That angsty feeling of knowing that it’s so wrong yet the attraction is so magnetic, coupled with the fact that Chase actually predicts that “they” will definitely happen even though Reese wants to fight their connection made this read a complete treat! I loved their bantering and their sexual tension – SO delicious! Reese will find that getting into a relationship with Chase is something that she wants with her whole heart. Sadly Chase’s past will throw some curveballs into their happily ever after and Reese will be the one who will have to fight to help Chase face his past and fears for a possible future together. While I completely loved the moments that made me smile, I loved the emotional moments that spoke to my heart even more and watching this couple’s journey was so enjoyable to be a part of. OMG the epilogue….it was to die for and I closed my kindle with happiness and a huge smile on my face. Readers who love witty dialogue, angst and pure romance should look no further than Bossman! I loved this story and look forward to reading more of Ms. Keeland’s books!

Holy cow!! Loved this book. I could not put it down. Chase and Reese's relationship is sexy, sweet and addicting. Their personal tragedies have affected each of them to be tentative and shy about committed relationships. In the beginning, Chase starts out expressing his blatant sexual desires for Reese and Reese declares she needs to keep a professional distance from her boss. As they spend time together in and out of the office, they can't seem to keep their hearts from getting involved. There are some rules, funny interactions, sexy times and some bumps on their journey. Definitely worth the ride. Don't miss this one! It will be going on my read again and again list.

Chase the workday blues away!

What single girl wouldn't want a boss man like Chase Parker? Successful, gorgeous, intelligent, and devoted; doing everything to make sure his "favorite employee" is happy. Great story, with a charm and wit, and a slow and steady buildup that truly broke my heart. Both Chase and Reese have endured a painful and devastating event that has left them broken and a little lost. The way they met, the fun banter, and ease and steam of their relationship, made this a fun and flirty read, until it became more serious and emotional. This author is brilliant at bringing both, making me laugh and smile in one chapter, and ugly cry in the next. I would have loved more in the end, only because this couple endeared themselves to me, and I wasn't ready to let them go.

Great story, Vi Keeland never disappoints. I loved Chase and his crazy sense of humor and stories. The man was able to over come so much. I laughed and I cried and loved every minute. But what happened to the ugly cat Tallulah did she get a new home or did Reese keep her?
